Ana Praznik and a team of experienced and well-known craftsmen are ready to go into action for the seventh year in a row! Over forty families in Slovenia have so far been given a brand-new, cozy house. Many people’s lives have been fundamentally impacted and made happy by this team.

Host Ana Praznik and master craftsman Bojan Žlebnik fearlessly and effectively solve the house’s renovation difficulties with the unselfish assistance of friends from the program, ensuring a pleasant conclusion to each of their missions. By remodeling their homes, the Home Makeover team gives families that face many challenges a chance for a better future and provides them with a ray of hope!
