In its eighth season, Ana Praznik and her dedicated team once again proved that with a big heart, solidarity, and genuine will, it’s possible to change the lives of those who need help the most.
This season, we brought joy to several new families and helped them overcome serious life challenges. The Planinšek, Pogačnik, and Voršnik families, along with the brave Valerija Lužan, received fully renovated homes – safe spaces where they can live again with warmth, dignity, and hope.
The team faced numerous challenges this year as well – from unsafe and uninhabitable spaces to emotional life stories that moved the entire nation. But with the support of kind people and strong team spirit, no obstacle proved insurmountable.

The eighth episode of the eighth season is a special one. This time, Ana and the crew visited families from previous seasons to see how they live today and how Home Makeover changed their lives. With a camper van, they traveled across almost all of Slovenia, warming hearts and spreading smiles – even on their own faces. And in the end, Ana surprised her team with an unforgettable adrenaline-filled experience.
